Dear Colleagues,

A three year NERC-funded studentship is available for UK/EU applicants at the Lancaster Environment Centre in the UK studying 'The Dispersal of Volcanic Pollutants in the Atmosphere'.  This project is supervised by Dr Jennie Gilbert, Dr Oliver Wild and Dr Anne-Marlene Blechschmidt.  Further details of the project and the application process can be found at: http://www.lec.lancs.ac.uk/postgraduate/phd.php?phd_id=76.  The closing date for applications is 11.11.11 and the start date of the project is January 2012.  For further information please contact Jennie Gilbert at j.s.gilbert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
