A reminder about the upcoming 33rd International Geological Congress (IGC), to be held in Oslo, 6-14th of August 2008. Visit the IGC webpage www.33igc.org/ to view the varied program of symposia and wide range of exciting excursions in the Nordic countries! The congress will include the disciplinary symposia MPI-01 "General contributions to igneous petrology" and MPI-06 "Layered intrusions and the evolution of magma chambers - a tribute to J. Richard Wilson". The convenors invite your contributions to these particular symposia.
