Dear all!

I think there was a mistake with Bezymianny on April 29!

There were no satellite data about ash plumes from Bezymianny from AVO and
KVERT on April 29.

There were no messages from seismologists (KB GS RAS) about any strong seismic
events at Bezymianny.

There were no explosions of Bezymianny on the video camera from all day April
29. There were clouds up to 4.5-5.0 km ASL from 00:00 till 09:00 on April 29
and good weather from 16:00 till 23:58 UTC this day. NO "ash plume from
Bezymianny rose to an altitude of 6.1 km (20,000 ft) a.s.l. and drifted W". If
an ash plume "drifted W" - ash fall would have been at Kozyrevsk, but there was
no ash fall at this village.

Best regards,

Dr. Olga A. Girina.
Institute of Volcanology and Seismology FED RAS
KVERT
