I've not had a problem finding BIOS updates - here's the page for the board I mentioned:

I've been using an older N3150 for a few years now, with a TT S2 6400 and a DD Cine S2 V7. The only issues have been very occasionally, one or other of the cards is not found at boot up, but I've had this on other manufacturers boards as well. Not sure if it's related to power down state.
