All languages I know allow a proper name as a subject.  For example,
"vdr wakes up" makes as much sense as "femon wakes up".  Okay, proper
names are usually spelled with a capital letter, and acronyms are often
all-caps.  (To my understanding, femon stands for "front-end monitor".)
