[RFC] Eliminating the 'summary' field of timers

Christian actually meant both cases.

Whereas i was only talking about the Timer-Menu, because i think it is 
(more) important to be able to figure out the culprit of a timer before 
it records.
You may want (or have to) eliminate a timer before it records for 
whatever reason.
