[ANNOUNCE] xine-0.7.2 plugin via network without streamdev

I had played with this, but still missing something I assume.  I can set 
Primary DVB to 2 since I have 2 cards, still same scenario.  In order to 
watch tv of course now on my TV I have to change the cable in the back 
of the pc to the other tuner, and still the Xine controls the one the TV 
is on.  Is this as intended.  And still not getting any output to the 
Xine Client itself.  I am sure I am just missing something simple.
