Public meeting to be held regarding mountain goat management in Unit 4
The Sitka District Ranger, under the authority granted by the Federal Subsistence Board will hold a public meeting
to share information and solicit public comments concerning mountain goat
management in Unit 4. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 7 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The location is the Rousseau Room in Harrigan Centennial Hall, 330 Harbor Drive, Sitka AK.
Alaska Department of Fish and Game will also review current management strategies and present information related to mountain goat harvest and population trends.
