Bill Williams Mountain Road Closed for Road Maintenance
The Kaibab National Forest is closing the Bill Williams Mountain Road, Forest Road 111, starting Monday October 15, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. and it will remain closed for safety concerns until road work is completed. This is a temporary closure to ensure the safety of the public, while road maintenance is being conducted on the narrow mountain road. The road is expected to reopen on Thursday October 18, 2012, at 5:00 p.m.
