trn uses the access file, and fall back to .nntpauth.

But nntplist does not use access file, as shown below, if
.nntpauth does not exist, nntplist fails. Without .nntpauth,
Pnews also fails.

open("/opt/home/mwang/.nntpauth", O_RDONLY)     Err#2 ENOENT
nntplist: Can't get active file from server.
Server said: 480 Authentication Required
