I guess it is tde hardware from tdepowersave and perhaps you have enabled
the [x] general in tdedebugdialog. I was thinking to propose a change to
remove it too or show it just once.
I do not have tdepowersave enabled and the tool is not showing in my
process list (ps aux).
Perhaps there is some other place where this spew is generated?
