Uneducated, because they obviously do not know the history behind and

Yes, I think so as well. The sad thing is that there are a lot of things to
be improved, but there is not enough man power.
I tried to participate to the regular meetings of the devs, but it was not
possible for time reasons. I know though that they are coordinating their
actions in regular meetings, so I am sure the project is in good hands.
