ISTR that termination of a version generally coincides with introduction of the
next version, so look for an end to 15.4 when 15.6 shows up next spring. The
devels list would probably produce a definitive answer.

There is no definitive answer to that question.
Usually, I continue to build RPM packages even on older, unsupported
distribution.
For now, I can tell you that there will Trinity R14.1.1 packages for
Leap 15.4.
They will remain on our mirrors at least until R14.1.2 is out.
