You can also check 'Mouse wheel over desktop background switches desktop' in Control Center => Desktop => Multiple Desktops. You can also change 'Active Desktop Borders' to 'Always enabled' in Control Center => Desktop => Window Behavior, Advanced tab, which allows you to change screens by pushing the mouse cursor against one of the four edges of the current screen.
