Yeah, I would never use Konqueror as both file management *and* web browser. 
We have had that discussion here before. 

Konqueror, as far as I am concerned, is better than every other file manager 
out there. Some are comparable, but that's still my first choice. To use it 
as a web browser, too, seems to me inherently insecure. Pick one or the 
other, but not both.
