Offhand, I would guess that maybe it is that your permissions might be 
stricter on the second machine (i.e., 600 permissions rw only for admin/user? 
but maybe you need rw-r-r, 655, I think it is?). 

I have a few applications on my machine that sometimes give me that kind of 
problem; always takes a moment to remember that little bit. 

Just in case, I am now in the midst of downloading everything scad, just to 
give it a test run. Besides, I might need one of these someday.
