Yes, upload may be a problem (quantity, not speed). If this project becomes
reallity, upload limits is something I should check. I'd be ready to pay for
some more upload capacities, but there is a limit.
I remember experiencing servers that told me that I had used the amount of
download allowed for the day and to come back later. It would be good not to
have the risk of upsetting my internet provider.

The odd thing about that is that my bandwidth allowance, 750 GB allowed
seems
to be calculated by assuming a full pipe both ways, 24/7/365. Most
months I'm
under 30GB for the whole month.
