Yes, upload may be a problem (quantity, not speed). If this project becomes reallity, upload limits is something I should check. I'd be ready to pay for some more upload capacities, but there is a limit. I remember experiencing servers that told me that I had used the amount of download allowed for the day and to come back later. It would be good not to have the risk of upsetting my internet provider.
