I can confirm this. Just duplicated it myself. 

Now for my part, if it's related, is to ask why the "move to" and "copy to" 
features disappeared from my menu, then reappeared. Maybe something similar, 
a recommends instead of a hard dependency? 

And did this creep into the PSB or PTB repos? Why would that happen?
