Stock LibreOffice from your distro's repositories will probably have been built with QT5 widgets (could also be GTK3, as recent versions seem to support both). TDE doesn't have any way of overriding QT5 colour schemes that I'm aware of. Check LibreOffice's own settings, because in my experience it overrides some weird stuff about its own GUI. If you find nothing pertinent, install qt5ct and try adjusting things from there. E.
