Are the packages of R14.0.11 compatible with R14.0.10 for the same
distribution, or do you have to upgrade all TDE packages to R14.0.11?

Hi Gianluca,
once binary packages for R14.0.11 are published, these replaces the
previous packages for R14.0.10 (for currently supported distributions).
Source tarballs remain available for all releases.
