In KMail set the first filter to mark all incoming messages as 'new.' KMail > Settings > Configure Filters - Filter Rules > 'New' (the icon way down on bottom left) > Filter Actions - - Move it to the top of list - - Mark As > New - - Advanced tab - - - Apply this filter to incoming messages: - - - - from all accounts - - - Uncheck everything else - - - - don't apply to sent messages - - - - don't apply to manual filtering - - - - don't stop processing here add anything else you need... Best, Michael PS: If you have more than ~100+ messages per download batch (depends on hardware specs) you might get minor 'freezes' in KMail when the filters get run. ____________________________________________________ tde-users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Web mail archive available at https://mail.trinitydesktop.org/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
