I use zoho.com for most of my email, but keep a gmail account for certain
things. It was a bother to get it working smoothly; Google wants to help me
by asking for more and more information (phone number, etc.), and for a month
or two my account would become inaccessible now and again, because I would
login from different locations or on different machines, sometimes through
webmail, sometimes using Kmail on my desktop computer, and so on. It was
suggested to me that imap would be better than pop, but somehow I managed to
get it working using just pop; might be because I don't go out so much any
more, due to lockdown, so I don't login from other locations.

But anyway, if you have sorted out such issues already, then these settings
work for me, with no changes over about three years or so.

Server supports ssl, but not tls?
pop.gmail.com
port 995

smtp.gmail.com
587
(but I don't generally send from my gmail account ...)
