Will do.  Turns out I have other issues as well.

Well..  <blush>  Turns out I forgot to enable tcm_qla* module generation
during configuration of the tree.   Thanks to Roland for noticing.  

I also seem to have an issue getting the initiator to correctly get to
link state, which is unrelated.   Appears to be a firmware upgrade
issue.

Greatly appreciate the response.  Now that I know I'm on the right
track, I think I will be able to get things up.
