The warning: "Warning: session_regenerate_id(): Session ID cannot be
regenerated after headers have already been sent" is a byproduct of you
having display_errors turned on and is not a problem itself.  The prefs
questions I asked earlier should be all you need to respond to pending
what we find out from there.
