so the inbound email must have something like
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
or, 8859-2
as a pre-requsite, yes ?
(I've changed SM, found some old email, reads OK, on fwd, get scarmbled,
but, messages don't have correct charset, might try edited the actual file
to see..)
