You should use a 1.4.20SVN snapshot instead.

This is terribly vague.  Terribly.  If you want to send text messages
to mobile phones, you can use various provider email gateways to do
so, or you can try to create a SMS mode for SquirrelMail in a plugin.
Please share with us if you do.  You should also search before
posting.  Why didn't you?
