It is possible that Roundcube and SquirrelMail use different ways to get
that info.

So how your headers look like? Check message source with message_details
plugin or at least check message headers with "View Full Header" option.

'=?iso-8859-1?Q?Rikard_=C5slund_Tr=F6ger?=' is definitely not created by
SquirrelMail, while 'Rikard =?iso-8859-1?Q?=C5slund_Tr=F6ger?=' might be
created by SquirrelMail header encoding functions.
