SOLVED: Cannot click INBOX for specific users

Hi,

Just wanted to make a quick post, because Google didn't help me fixing
this problem. Perhaps this will help someone else.

We're using Cyrus on Solaris and some users couldn't access their main
INBOX, because the label in the folderlist was not clickable. Also,
their messages were all marked as UNREAD.

After looking into the cyrus logs (DBERROR: opening .seen: cyrusdb
error, Could not open seen state for extraspecial@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(System I/O error)), I found out that their seen database on cyrus was
corrupt and removed it.
It was at the following location:
/var/imap/domain/o/ohwhatafakedomain.com/user/e/extraspecial.seen

Then it was working fine again.

Greetings,
Ger Apeldoorn
