Two questions concerning the Squirrelmail Compose To: Cc: and Bcc: labels/fields

Thanks for the quick response Paul.  I will bypass item 2. below. That one
is not the important one. I have installed and enabled the Compose Extra's
plugin. Can you tell me where I set the fields to disabled? I can't seem to
find where to do this.

You can modify the Compose Extras plugin to do this by setting the
fields as disabled.

That'd be harder, but might be possible using the same plugin.

Of course, you can always hack src/compose.php, which may be much
easier to code, but you'll lose your changes whenever you upgrade.
