Please search the mailing list archives before posting next time.
There are plenty of people who've asked this question here before and
the answers to those threads are what you need to read.  There is also
info in the SM admin manual you could have read:

If you really can't find help in the mailing list archives (which I
doubt), you need to post more specifics about the issue and the server
and mailboxes upon which the issue occurs.
