Hello,I installed the abook_group_pagination plugin and I like the new grouping functionality but didn't see a way to easily select all addresses in large groups for the 'compose to selected' functionality (did I miss it?). The attached patch adds a 'Toggle All' link whenever the paginator is visible. It behaves the same as, and uses mostly the same code, as the paginator for mailbox_display.php
