My guess is that the IMAP configuration for your newly installed
SquirrelMail version differed from the old one. When SquirrelMail didn't
understand which folders were the special folders "Saved", "Trash" etc.
new folders were created according to the new configuration. The old
folders were never moved - they where just not marked as special by
SquirrelMail since the configuration changed (most likely the IMAP
delimiter).
