I can't answer Zend product line questions, but I think caching is done by
Zend Optimizer.

When I profiled scripts, I've used Zend Platform in one setup and APC in
another. For example in right_main.php with 548 unsorted messages memory
peak usage is over 5MB without Zend and only 580KB with Zend. In
read_body.php it is 9 MB and 2 MB.
