Please note that using qmail-ldap and courier with authpam does not make
sense. You must configure PAM to authenticate to LDAP or you use system
accounts. If PAM authenticates to LDAP, it does same thing as auth_imap
and does not support AUTOMAILDIRMAKE and AUTOHOMEDIRMAKE. If you use
system accounts, you are not using LDAP and run your qmail-ldap setup in
basic local delivery mode.
