Not really. SquirrelMail is not responsible for the MTA layer of your email system. The only thing you can do is look at the outgoing Reply-To header for the account in question and verify that it in fact is what the user set it to. If it is, then SquirrelMail did what it is supposed to do and you need to take the question to your MTA community.
