Looks like your browser is talking SSL to a host/port that doesn't speak
it. Are you sure your SSL configuration is correct? After sending, are
you being redirected to the protocol/host/port that you expect to be
going to? If you google for "\x16\x03\x01" (include the quotes) you'll
find plenty of hits to get you started.  You'll probably want to read
