OK, I wrote a mail to myself, and immediately after I saw the word "INBOX (1)" in bold letters, I
fetched the source code. no embed tag there:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
function ChangeTitleLoad() {
window.parent.document.title = "0 neue Nachrichten";
if (BeforeChangeTitle != null)
BeforeChangeTitle();
}
BeforeChangeTitle = window.onload;
window.onload = ChangeTitleLoad;
</script>

<tr>
<td align="left">

<table align="left" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="99%">
<tr>
<td align="left">

and so on.

I use Firefox on Windows. I use Quicktime as plugin which plays wav files. Playing works fine in
options when I press the Try button, so no problems in playing wav files.

So my problem seems to be that the <embed> tags are missing and are never written into the
left_main.php file.

The plugin folder is identical with that of the latest release. Owner is root:www-data (running
apache2 on Debian 4.0) and permissions are rw-rw---- for all the php files.

Any more ideas?

Thanks for listening :-)

Oliver
