Sorry, but you have not contacted the right people.  This is a problem
with your service provider's email systems, and SquirrelMail is the
webmail package they are using.  We here at SquirrelMail make our
webmail software available for anyone to download and use and as such,
we have no relationship to or with your service provider (nor do we
know who they are).  I might suggest you contact whomever you make
your payments to, and if they are not responsive, it might be time to
find someone else to pay for email services.
