This bug occurs when I ...
  ... view a particular message
  ... use a specific plugin/function
  ... try to do/view/use ....



The description of the bug:
When I log on I first get a forbidden page. I have to copy and paste
to get to the nation wide page then pick planet kc,
I also can not view certain parts of e-mails
keep getting error messages. It says to contact you if it continues
this has been going on months.  Out of frustration I do not sign on.
I would like to go thru my MS Outlook Like I do with my other sign on
address It is much easier to use and understand than this.
Please help...Or tell me who I can call to get this problem
taken care or.  I do pay for this service and would like to continue
to use it.
