I am sorry about my earlier email...

i did made a mistake in vi editing

anyway..
if i now edit the file in vi it works fine.. and i can add new address to
my Global address book

but now i would like to know if there is a pluggin or anyway other easier
way for the mail admin person to do it through the SQ mail interface
without telnet n using vi

i follwed the steps required to setup a global address book in conf.pl
but when i click on addresses only option of Add to Personal address book
is there.. no global addresses option

then i did create a address and found username.abook file is created

I did copy this file as global_abook and now when i click address there is
global address book shown and below it the addresses but no option to add
new address to this global address book . the only option is to add
address to personall address book how do i add a new address to this
global address

now i tried to add manually using vi ( which i guess is not the right way
) but then when i click address i get the folowing error

ERROR

Address book is corrupted. Required fields are missing
so basically how do i add a new address to my global address book



appreciate if someone can help
