You apparently have not done this. That makes it needlessly hard to debug your problem. I might guess that you need the -I option when vacation files are created. That functionality is added in the plugin version 2.1, which I am sending offlist, but if you still have problems even with that functionality (watch for it), then you need to take a step back and get a correct user autoreply set up OUTSIDE of SM first. Then you can determine what files or file formats the plugin didn't create for you.
