You have controls. If people lie about email format, complain to them.Don't ask to break your own mailer.

Yes. It is plain text. Right way is to display &oacute; as &oacute;. IfApostilando.com mailer lies about content type or uses html entities inplain text emails, it must be fixed.
There is no magic in computer programs. They are supposed to do that theyare told to do. Apostilando.com asked to display their bulletin as plaintext. SquirrelMail did what they asked to do. If you "fix" SquirrelMail,it will display this email incorrectly.

Please keep conversation on mailing list and not in private emails.
