Paul:

If you run SquirrelMail on a Linux box, you can use the program Fetchmail to collect mail from other accounts feed it to your IMAP server.

Otherwise, have a look at the Mail Fetch plugin ( http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=17), which allows users to manually retrieve messages from POP3 mail accounts into their SquirrelMail-managed IMAP account. I run SquirrelMail on a personal Windows XP machine and use this plugin to periodically collect mail sent to my ISP. As far as I know, there is no way to make the plugin download mail automatically, unfortunately--it requires a user to click the "Fetch Mail" button in SquirrelMail to initiate the transfer.

Hope that helps,
Wayt

Hello, everyone,

I am wondering after searching the support, plugins and other pages on the SquirrelMail website, if SMail can be used as a master email server. By that I mean, make a centralized area for all email accounts. Such as go to the various accounts like aol account, your own domain account, gmail account, and grab all the new email from those accounts, then when you sign into SMail, its all there in one place.
If not, do you know of a file (php or other) that can do the above?

Thanks!
Paul
