There is no need to track down this problem. If you see html codes or mime
formating instead of formated text, just check message source with
message_details plugin.

Email sender violates rfc2045, chapter 4. MIME-Version header is missing.

According to rfc MIME-Version header is required. If IMAP server is written with
performance in mind, it will follow rfc2045 and won't parse mime structure when
required header is missing.

Some programmer writes own mailer and misses "MUST" in chapter 4. Boom. Header
is missing and IMAP server provides different MIME structure information to
SquirrelMail.
