Hi all, I've encountered a curious problem with certain e-mails in Squirrelmail. Squirrelmail seems to show a wrong date, at least when one looks at the raw headers. In the display of the e-mail message, the date is shown as: Date: Tue, January 30, 2007 12:35 pm However, in the raw headers, the date is (I apologize for the long lines): Received: from mx.host.nl ([unix socket]) by rinus.host.nl (Cyrus v2.1.18-IPv6-Debian-2.1.18-1+sarge2) with LMTP; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:42:31 +0100 X-Sieve: CMU Sieve 2.2 Received: from localhost (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]) by mx.host.nl (Postfix) with ESMTP id 6419F5FC01A for <receiver@xxxxxxx>; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:42:30 +0100 (CET) Received: from mx.host.nl ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (rinus.host.nl [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with ESMTP id 29062-01 for <receiver@xxxxxxx>; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:36:29 +0100 (CET) Received: from ns.otherhost.nl (ns.otherhost.nl [xxx.xxx.xxx.x]) by mx.host.nl (Postfix) with ESMTP id CC6C45FC03D for <receiver@xxxxxxx>; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:34:49 +0100 (CET) Received: (from root@localhost) by ns.otherhost.nl (8.9.3c/8.6.12) id LAA17029 for <receiver@xxxxxxx>; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:34:48 +0100 (CET) From: sender@xxxxxxxx Message-Id: <200612271034.LAA17029@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Received: by ns.otherhost.nl (TUNIX/Firewall SMTP Server) for <receiver@xxxxxxx> id sma014308; Wed, 27 Dec 06 11:33:32 +0100 Received: from host (ITS-W2000-082 [XXX.X.X.XX]) by server.sendinghost.com with SMTP (Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service Version 5.5.2653.13) id TV7ACJ6T; Wed, 27 Dec 2006 11:28:24 +0100 To: quantore@xxxxxxx Subject: XXX Some subject X-Mailer: kaertSoftware e-Switch (32) Reply-To: sender@xxxxxxxx Date: 27-12-2006 11:35:49 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="====================5453500:00:00====" X-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new-20030616-p10 (Debian) at host.nl Thunderbird *does* show the date as it is contained in the headers in the mailbox display. The receiving mailserver is Postfix on Debian Sarge. The IMAP server is Cyrus, also from Debian Sarge. I have no clue why Squirrelmail thinks that the above mail is from January 30th.
