Is it possible that these users are logging into SquirrelMail on the same
computer? If userA is logged into SquirrelMail on a PC, and userB comes
along and logs in on the same PC without first logging out userA, then
there can be an exchange of user prefs. This is a long-standing issue, so
users need to know to never have two SquirrelMail sessions running on the
same computer concurrently.
