I thought that this was in "plugins/mail_fetch/README" already, but I just
looked and it wasn't. (For filtering it is documented in
"plugins/filters/README".) I guess I'll have to update the documentation.

I think the English term is "web hosting service". "Webhotel" is the
expression used in the Scandinavian countries.
