Thanks for sending the beta version.  Unfortunately when I installed it I
wiped out the config file, so now it doesn't work at all.

MORE unfortunately, I realized the previous 2.0 version was, in fact,
working just fine with the -a syntax when I looked at the logs and saw that
others were using it successfully.  This user just happened not to have her
email address configured in her preferences.

And as an aside, I found the bit about my usernames being "too inconsistent"
to be unnecessarily catty and that it didn't add to the discussion at all.
My usernames work perfectly well for my use, which is a multi-domain mail
server.
