This is like saying "my clothes washer is broken -- sometimes clothes
get clean, but sometimes not.  Please tell me how to fix it."  In
other words, there is no way at all we can guess what your problem is
or somehow magically fix it for you.

Your hosting company are the people who you have to work with to view
the maillog to see the failed mails, and only then will you  know why
they failed and be able to do something about it.
